Djokovic and Federer survive five setters to set up mouthwatering French Open semi-final

The womens quarters were a tad disappointing today, but the two mens quarters were both thrilling.  Novak Djokovic saved four match points as he battled his way past Jo-Wilfried Tsonga with some fearless play to record a 6-1 5-7 5-7 7-6 6-1 victory.  Tsonga probably played his best tennis of 2012 for the most part, but he just could not finish the match off against a truly tough-as-nails Djokovic in what was an epic encounter.  In the other quarter-final, Roger Federer had to fight back from two sets down to defeat Juan Martin Del Potro, 3-6 6-7 6-2 6-0 6-3.  Del Potro looked to be heading to a massive victory, but the knee injury which has hampered him throughout the tournament seemed to affect him in the latter stages of the match.  This now sets up a rematch of last years classic semi-final between Djokovic and Federer... can't wait!!!
