Novak Djokovic maintains winning streak, beats Tomas Berdych 7-5 6-3 in Dubai Final

Tomas Berdych had his chances in the first set, but just could not make them count as he was beaten by Novak Djokovic in the Dubai final, 7-5 6-3.  Berdych broke in the fifth game with a fantastic passing winning, but was pegged back to 4-4 with a wasteful error at the net.  Berdych chalked up further break points in the next game, but was unable to convert as Djokovic won the first set and then had a more comfortable time of in the second set.  Djokovic has made a superb unbeaten start to the year with titles in Melbourne and Dubai, and he will be the overwhelming favourite going into Indian Wells.  A good week for Berdych, but his inability to convert on the break points in the opening set was his undoing in this match.
